Service Description

The purpose of cultural coaching is to help you navigate a cultural attachment, through the use of The Institute's researched based model of culture learning. We are interested in helping you to navigate your path as an Indigenous person OR as an Ally who is building programming for Indigenous youth is a part of this process. We help you navigate decolonized approaches to Indigenous development. Further, we help organizations to develop culturally safe programming in manners that are sustainable to the people.
